Product Description
Composed of hydroxyl resin, glass flakes, coloring pigments, etc., and polyisocyanate prepolymers, packaged in components A and B. Due to the presence of glass flakes in the coating, parallel and overlapping structures can be formed in the paint film, thereby slowing down the resistance of the paint film to water vapor and oxygen penetration. This coating has excellent acid, alkali, salt, organic solvent resistance, and good weather resistance after forming a dry film.

 surface treatment
Polyurethane glass flake coating can be directly applied within the specified coating interval of the previous coating. If the previous coating has exceeded the specified coating interval, the surface should be treated with roughening, dust removal, etc.
The concrete surface should be dry (with a white appearance), flat, free from loose animals, oil stains, and adhering debris. If the matching coating is not used and this coating is directly used, a layer of high permeability sealing agent should be used before painting.

Construction conditions
Epoxy temperature: 0 ℃ -35 ℃, relative humidity must be less than 85%;
The substrate temperature must be at least 3 ℃ higher than the dew point temperature;
The direction of coating application should be consistent, and the direction of application between the two layers should be vertical. The coating should be uniform, without any omissions or defects such as sagging, bubbles, or pinholes.
When the coating is applied by spraying, the front is sprayed, followed by a brushing in one direction.

Front matching coating
Marine engineering coatings: C08-70 two component epoxy zinc rich primer, CO8-8 two component epoxy mica iron intermediate paint, and CO8-4 two component epoxy red lead rust preventive primer.
Coating for anti-corrosion of concrete sewage tanks: high permeability sealing agent
Steel structure anti-corrosion coating: C08-30 two component epoxy zinc rich workshop primer
It is recommended to apply 2 coats of matching topcoat instead of using matching primer, and directly apply 3-4 coats of this coating.
Maintenance period: no less than 10 days under the condition of (23 ± 2) ℃
Packaging specifications: 21 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, and 7 kilograms in a 10 liter container for component B (when using, add component A according to the ratio)

matters needing attention
Before construction, the coated surface should be thoroughly cleaned to ensure that it is free from rust, oil, water, dust, etc.
Before preparing the coating, mix component A evenly, then accurately weigh according to the specified ratio, and add component B to mix evenly. It should be used up within the specified time.
The prepared coating must be left for 5 minutes and can only be applied after the bubbles disappear. When adjusting the viscosity, a special diluent for the coating must be used. It is strictly prohibited to use solvents containing alcohol, amine, trace water, and free acid to prevent the coating from deteriorating and scrapping.
When applying paint, it is generally not necessary to add a thinner. If the paint is too thick, a small amount of thinner can be added, and the amount should be controlled within 5%.
Due to differences in substrate, environmental temperature, surface roughness, and other factors, construction parameters may vary. During construction, the film thickness should be frequently tested and adjusted at any time to ensure that the specified coating thickness is achieved.
After the coating process is completed, it should be cured within the specified time before it can be put into use.
This coating is a hazardous material and should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, away from heat sources, avoiding direct sunlight, and isolating sparks.
