Surface treatment
If the front paint surface has been contaminated, all oil and debris should be removed;
If the maximum recoating interval of the previous coat is exceeded, the paint surface should be roughened before painting.
Construction conditions
The substrate temperature must be at least 3 ℃ higher than the dew point temperature, and the relative humidity must be less than 85%;
When the substrate temperature is below 5 ℃, the reaction between epoxy and curing agent stops and construction cannot proceed.
Pre coating: CO8-70 two component epoxy zinc rich primer, CO8-8 two component epoxy mica iron intermediate paint.
Packaging specifications: 20 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, and 4 kilograms in a 5 liter container for component B.
Precautions
After the application of this coating, it should wait for the paint film to fully cure before being put into use;
If the maximum recoating interval is exceeded, the previous paint film should be polished rough before painting to ensure interlayer adhesion.

Avoid long-term inhalation of solvent vapors or paint mist, and do not come into contact with skin or eyes. When working in narrow or poorly ventilated areas, strong ventilation must be provided and protective equipment should be worn during construction.
