This coating is a high solid thick paste coating composed of epoxy resin as the base material and amine adduct as the curing agent. The paint film has excellent rust prevention and corrosion resistance, excellent physical and mechanical properties, wear resistance, collision resistance, seawater resistance, salt spray resistance, and water penetration resistance.

Used for corrosion protection of ship hulls, ballast tanks, crude oil tanks, fuel tanks, and sewage tanks, as well as for corrosion protection of steel or concrete.

surface treatment
New steel has been shot blasted or sandblasted to meet the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5. If temporary protection is required, appropriate workshop primer can be applied. Before final coating, damaged workshop primer and dirt should be thoroughly removed.
Construction conditions
Only use this product under temperature conditions above 10 ℃ where construction and curing can proceed normally. The temperature of the construction surface and the paint itself should also be above this limit. To avoid condensation of water vapor, construction can only be carried out on dry and clean surfaces with a temperature 3 ℃ higher than the dew point. Construction in narrow spaces and during the drying period should be heavily ventilated.
Pre coating: Can be directly applied to steel surfaces with rust removal quality reaching Sa2.5 level, and 1-2 coats of this coating can be applied according to usage requirements.
Maintenance period (23 ± 2 ℃): It can be put into use for more than 14 days.
Packaging specifications: 20 kilograms in an 18 liter container for component A, and 4 kilograms in a 5 liter container for component B.
Note: The coating thickness can be adjusted as needed, but this will correspondingly change the coating rate and affect the drying time.
matters needing attention
The surface of the coating must be rust, oil, dust, and other attachments removed.
If the application time of the previous coating is too long, the subsequent coating should be roughened with water sandpaper to remove surface dust and dirt before painting to ensure interlayer adhesion.
All construction tools should be clean and dry, and the paint should not be mixed with water or other impurities. The paint is ready for use and must be used up within 4 hours.
Before the paint film is completely dried and cured, protective measures should be taken to avoid being washed and trampled by rainwater or other liquids. Store the coating in a cool, ventilated and dry place, away from heat sources, away from direct sunlight, and isolated from flames.
