This paint is based on advanced fluorocarbon resin as the base material, combined with a two-component coating composed of imported flash aluminum powder, transparent coloring pigments, additives, solvents, etc. The paint film has excellent physical and mechanical properties, excellent anti-corrosion, moisture resistance, salt spray resistance, light retention, color retention, and has a flash and angular discoloration effect, which can achieve the decorative effect of imitating metal surfaces.

surface treatment

If the previous paint surface has been contaminated, appropriate methods should be used to remove grease and dust, or this paint thinner can be used to scrub.

Construction conditions: The temperature is 0 ℃ -35 ℃, the relative humidity is ≤ 85%, and the surface temperature of the coating should be above the dew point temperature by 3 ℃. Construction cannot be carried out under conditions of rain, fog, snow, and large dust.

Pre coating: Steel structure surface: C08-12 two component inorganic zinc rich primer, C08-70 two component epoxy zinc rich primer, C08-8 two component epoxy mica iron intermediate paint, concrete surface: fluorocarbon coating special primer.

Rear matching coating: C129-5 fluorocarbon glossy varnish

Maintenance period: more than 7 days (23 ± 2 ℃)

Packaging specifications: 20 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, and 5 kilograms in a 5 liter container for component B.

Note: The coating thickness can be adjusted as needed, but this will correspondingly change the coating rate and affect the drying time.

matters needing attention

1.If the application time of the previous coating is too long, the subsequent coating should be roughened with water sandpaper to remove surface dust and dirt before painting to ensure interlayer adhesion.

2. The tools used for construction should be clean and dry, and the paint should not be mixed with water or other impurities. The paint is ready for use and must be used up within 8 hours.

3.Before the paint film is completely dried and cured, protective measures should be taken to avoid being washed and trampled by rainwater and other liquids.

4. Store the coating in a cool, ventilated and dry place, away from heat sources, avoiding direct sunlight, and isolating sparks.
