Product Description
Composed of epoxy resin, phosphorus flake mica iron oxide, rust inhibitor, curing agent, etc., packaged in two components: A and B. This coating has a flake like pigment with a high volume concentration of pigments. After film formation, the pigments can be arranged in parallel and overlapping directions, similar to a "fish scale" structure. Therefore, it has high sealing performance, good heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and a wide range of compatibility.

Design purpose
It can be used as anti-corrosion paint or as a coating of zinc rich primer to increase sealing and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for ships, containers, bridges, gas cabinets, port machinery, various steel structures, concrete, etc.

 surface treatment
On surfaces coated with workshop primer, secondary rust removal is required to meet the Swedish rust removal standard St3 level.
The paint surface coated with zinc rich primer should be cleaned of white rust, grease, and all dirt after long-term exposure to the atmosphere. The powdery paint surface should be polished and dust removed.

Construction conditions
The substrate temperature must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity must be less than 85%.
When the temperature of the construction substrate is below 5 ℃, the reaction between epoxy and curing agent stops and construction cannot proceed.
Previous supporting coatings: C08-30 two-component epoxy zinc rich workshop primer, C8-10 two-component epoxy zinc powder workshop primer, C08-2 two-component epoxy iron red primer, C08-14 two-component inorganic zinc silicate workshop primer, CX06-A two-component phosphating primer, C08-70 two-component epoxy zinc rich primer, C08-12 two-component inorganic zinc rich primer, etc.
Rear supporting coatings: C071 dual component epoxy thick paste anti-corrosion topcoat, C18 chlorinated rubber anti-corrosion topcoat, CO41 dual component polyurethane enamel, C13 single component weather resistant acrylic topcoat, C12 dual component weather resistant acrylic polyurethane topcoat, etc.
Packaging specifications: 20 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, and 4 kilograms in a 5 liter container for component B.
Attention: If the maximum coating interval is exceeded, the surface of the previous layer of paint should be polished rough before painting to ensure adhesion between the paint films.

Avoid long-term inhalation of solvent vapors or paint mist, and do not come into contact with skin or eyes. When working in narrow or poorly ventilated areas, strong ventilation must be provided, and even if the ventilation conditions are good, protective equipment should be worn.
