C182 chlorinated rubber mica iron intermediate paint

Product Description
Made from chlorinated rubber, plasticizer, mica iron oxide, additives, solvents, etc. Due to the unique shielding performance of mica iron oxide as a phosphorus flake pigment, the pigment can be arranged in a directional parallel overlapping manner, forming a "fish scale" like overlapping structure. Therefore, the coating film has excellent rust prevention, moisture resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance.

Design purpose
Ships, gas tanks, marine engineering, petrochemical equipment, and other steel structures can also be coated on concrete as a protective layer to prevent corrosion.

surface treatment
Directly coated on steel, if there is oxide skin, it needs to be shot blasted or sandblasted to reach the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5 level. If there is no oxide skin, it can be shot blasted or sandblasted to reach the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5 level or polished to St3 level using pneumatic or electric tools.
On surfaces coated with workshop primer, secondary rust removal is required to meet the Swedish rust removal standard St3 level;
The paint surface coated with green rubber aluminum powder anti rust paint, if it has been exposed to a polluted environment for a long time, should be washed clean with high-pressure fresh water, dried before painting.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity must be less than 85%.
Previous supporting coatings: CO8-30 two component epoxy zinc rich workshop primer, CO8-10 two component epoxy zinc powder workshop primer, C08-2 two component epoxy iron red anti rust primer, C08-14 two component inorganic zinc silicate workshop primer, etc.
Rear supporting coatings: C18 chlorinated rubber anti-corrosion topcoat, C13 single component weather resistant acrylic topcoat.
Packaging specification: 25 kilograms in a 20 liter container.
Attention: This coating contains heavy pigment particles, so it must be stirred evenly when used.

security
Avoid long-term inhalation of solvent vapors or paint mist, and do not come into contact with skin or eyes. When working in narrow or poorly ventilated areas, strong ventilation must be provided, and even if the ventilation conditions are good, protective equipment should be worn.
