Product Description
It is prepared from hydroxyl containing resin, polyisocyanate prepolymer, pigments and fillers, plasticizers, catalysts, additives, solvents, etc. Packaging of components A and B. The paint film has excellent shielding and rust resistance, fast drying, oil resistance, and other characteristics, and has good interlayer adhesion with the base and topcoat.

The intermediate coating of the anti-corrosion coating increases sealing and corrosion resistance.

Painting interval
0 ℃: minimum 4 hours, maximum 72 hours;

surface treatment
Apply polyurethane mica iron intermediate paint within the specified painting interval of the original primer. If the surface with workshop primer exceeds the maximum time specified in the painting interval, a second rust removal must be carried out to meet the Swedish rust removal standard St3 level. The surface must be free of rust, oil stains, water stains, and dust.

Construction conditions
The two component paint must be thoroughly mixed and prepared according to the specified quality ratio. It should be left to stand for 20 minutes before construction.
The substrate temperature is 3 ℃ above the dew point.
Generally, the temperature for polyurethane coating construction should be between 0-35 ℃, and attention should be paid to weather and temperature changes during construction; On rainy, foggy, snowy days, with a relative humidity greater than 85%, and during hot summer weather, construction cannot be carried out under strong direct sunlight.
Pre coating: C0417 two component polyurethane iron red rust resistant paint, C08-12 two component inorganic zinc rich primer, and C08-70 two component epoxy zinc rich primer.
Rear matching coatings: C041 two component polyurethane topcoat (outdoor type), two component polyurethane topcoat (indoor type), and C0418 two component polyurethane oil resistant topcoat.
Suggested number of coats: 1-2 coats, with a dry film of 40-80 μ M.
Packaging specifications: 24 kilograms in an 18 liter container for component A, and 3 kilograms in a 3.7 liter container for component B.

matters needing attention
The optimal application conditions for this coating are temperature 0-35 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%, or the surface of the coating should be above the dew point temperature by more than 3 ℃. It cannot be applied under conditions of rain, fog, snow, and large dust.
This coating can be applied by spraying, brushing, roller coating, and other methods. Different construction methods have different requirements for the viscosity of the coating. Special diluents should be used to adjust the viscosity of the coating, and water, banana water, alcohol, gasoline, etc. are strictly prohibited.
Polyurethane coatings belong to the category of "chemical reactive" coatings. Before construction, they must be thoroughly stirred and mixed evenly according to the specified quality ratio. Construction can only be carried out after remaining for 20 minutes at a temperature of 25 ℃ -35 ℃ and maturing. If the temperature is below 25 ℃, the maturation time can be appropriately extended. The cured coating should be used up within 4-8 hours to avoid waste of bonding.
After the use of the coating, the packaging barrel lid must be tightly sealed, otherwise it is prone to deterioration due to the effects of moisture, alcohol, and water.
