Steel with oxide skin: needs to be shot blasted or sandblasted to the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2 level;
Oxygenated skin free steel: ground to St3 grade using pneumatic or electric elastic grinding wheels;
Steel coated with workshop primer: secondary rust removal is carried out using mild sandblasting or pneumatic (electric) elastic grinding wheels, meeting the Swedish rust removal standard St3 level.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity must be less than 85%.
Rear supporting coatings: C14 alkyd mixed paint, C22 alkyd enamel (weather resistant), etc.
