Design purpose
The interior and exterior of the ship's superstructure, as well as the isolation of empty compartments, pipes, and other compartments, can be used as anti rust paint. It can also be used as anti rust paint for steel structures, but it is not suitable for use in damp and underwater areas.

Steel with oxide skin: needs to be shot blasted or sandblasted to the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2 level;
Oxygenated skin free steel: polished to Swedish rust removal standard St3 using pneumatic or electric tools;
Steel coated with workshop primer: requires secondary rust removal to meet the Swedish rust removal standard St3 level.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity must be less than 85%.
Pre coating: C08-30 two component epoxy zinc rich workshop primer, C08-10 two component epoxy zinc powder workshop primer, C08-2 two component epoxy iron red primer, etc.
Rear supporting coatings: C14 alkyd mixed paint, C22-1 alkyd enamel (universal type), C22 alkyd enamel (weather resistant type)
