surface treatment
If directly coated on steel, the steel needs to undergo shot blasting or sandblasting treatment to meet the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2 level, or manual rust removal to reach St3 level;
The primer surface in the workshop needs to undergo secondary rust removal to meet the Swedish rust removal standard St3 level.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity must be less than 85%.
Rear supporting coatings: C22-1 alkyd enamel (universal type), C22 alkyd enamel (weather resistant type), C141-4 alkyd mica iron intermediate paint

matters needing attention
This coating contains heavy pigment particles and should be thoroughly stirred before use;
The paint film contains red lead and should not be used in sealed cabins that require pyrotechnic correction to prevent lead poisoning;
Red lead paint film should not be exposed to the air for too long, otherwise the paint film is prone to whitening or discoloration.

Avoid long-term inhalation of solvent vapors or paint mist, and do not come into contact with skin or eyes. When working in narrow or poorly ventilated areas, strong ventilation must be provided, and even if the ventilation conditions are good, protective equipment should be worn.
