Steel with oxide skin: needs to be shot blasted or sandblasted to the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2 level;Oxygenated skin free steel: polished to Swedish rust removal standard St3 using pneumatic or electric tools;
Steel coated with workshop primer: requires secondary rust removal to meet the Swedish rust removal standard St3 level.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity should be ≤ 85%.
Pre coating: CO8-30 two component epoxy zinc rich workshop primer, C08-10 two component epoxy zinc powder workshop primer, and C08-14 two component inorganic zinc silicate workshop primer.
Rear supporting coatings: C22 alkyd enamel (weather resistant), C14 alkyd mixed paint, C22-1 alkyd enamel (universal), etc.
Packaging specification: 20 kilograms in an 18.5-liter container.
