surface treatment
The paint surface has been contaminated, and appropriate methods should be used to remove oil and dust. Alternatively, this paint thinner can be used to directly scrub.
Steel with oxide skin: needs to be shot blasted or sandblasted to the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2 level;
Oxygenated skin free steel: polished to Swedish rust removal standard St3 using pneumatic or electric tools;
Steel coated with workshop primer requires secondary rust removal to meet the Swedish rust removal standard St3 level.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity should be ≤ 85%.
Front matching coating: various workshop primers.
Rear supporting coatings: C14 alkyd mixed paint, C22 alkyd enamel (weather resistant), etc.
Packaging specification: 20 kilograms in an 18.5-liter container.

Avoid long-term inhalation of solvent vapors or paint mist, and do not come into contact with skin or eyes. When working in narrow or poorly ventilated areas, strong ventilation must be provided, and even if the ventilation conditions are good, protective equipment should be worn.
