Product Description
Composed of alkyd resin modified with refined dry vegetable oil, iron oxide red and other rust resistant pigments, physical pigments, dispersants, anti settling agents, drying agents, solvents, etc. Good adhesion, rust resistance, and good adhesion with topcoats such as nitro and alkyd resins.

Surface treatment:
Steel with oxide skin: needs to be shot blasted or sandblasted to the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2 level;
Oxygenated skin free steel: polished to Swedish rust removal standard St3 using pneumatic or electric tools;
Steel coated with workshop primer requires secondary rust removal to meet the Swedish rust removal standard St3 level.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity should be ≤ 85%.
Front matching coating: various workshop primers.
Rear supporting coatings: C14 alkyd mixed paint, C22 alkyd enamel (weather resistant), etc.
Packaging specification: 20 kilograms in an 18.5-liter container.
