Product Description
Using zinc powder and ethyl silicate as the main raw materials, combined with polymer compounds, thickeners, fillers, additives, solvents, etc., it is packaged in two components: A and B. The coating has a high zinc powder content and excellent cathodic protection effect; Has excellent weather resistance and can withstand long-term wind erosion; Outstanding oil resistance.

Design purpose
As a universal anti rust primer, it can also be used as a separate anti-corrosion paint.

 surface treatment
The steel surface needs to be treated by shot blasting or sandblasting, and as an anti rust primer, the surface must meet the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5 level;
As an anti-corrosion paint, the painted surface meets the Swedish rust removal standard Sa3 level.
The roughness reaches 40-70 microns.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity must be less than 50%.
The rear supporting coatings include CO7 two component epoxy anti-corrosion topcoat, C252 two component epoxy coal asphalt anti-corrosion topcoat, C18 chlorinated rubber anti-corrosion topcoat, C22 alkyd enamel, C041 two component polyurethane enamel, C172 high chlorinated polyethylene anti-corrosion topcoat, or no topcoat.
Packaging specifications: 30 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, and 7.5 kilograms in a 10 liter container for component B.
Note: After using the remaining component B, it should be sealed and stored to prevent failure.
matters needing attention
Due to the high content of zinc powder, it is recommended to use mechanical stirring to stir component A evenly before adding component B and stirring evenly;
When the substrate temperature is ≥ 30 ℃, but not exceeding 60 ℃, in order to avoid dry spraying, diluent must be added to adjust until no dry spraying occurs;
Before applying the next coat of paint, the zinc salt on the surface must be thoroughly removed, otherwise it will affect the interlayer adhesion of the paint film.

Avoid long-term inhalation of solvent vapors or paint mist, and do not come into contact with skin or eyes. When working in narrow or poorly ventilated areas, strong ventilation must be provided and protective equipment should be worn during construction.
