Product Description
It is prepared by partially hydrolyzing alkyl silicate ester solution with ultrafine zinc powder, coloring pigments, various additives, solvents, etc. The packaging is divided into two components: A and B, which can withstand long-term wind erosion, have good cutting performance, excellent weldability, excellent impact resistance, and have cathodic protection effect.

Design purpose
Suitable as a maintenance primer for steel after shot blasting or sandblasting, with a maintenance period of up to 7-10 months.

 surface treatment
The steel surface needs to be treated by shot blasting or sandblasting methods, and it is required to meet the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5 level, or manual rust removal to reach St3 level, with a roughness of 40-70 microns.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity must be less than 50%.
Rear supporting coatings: CO7 two component epoxy anti-corrosion topcoat, C252 two component epoxy coal asphalt anti-corrosion topcoat, C18 chlorinated rubber anti-corrosion topcoat, C22 alkyd enamel (weather resistance), C041 two component polyurethane enamel, and C172 high chlorinated polyethylene anti-corrosion topcoat.
Packaging specifications: 30 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, and 7.5 kilograms in a 10 liter container for component B.
Note: After using the remaining component B, it should be sealed and stored to prevent failure.

matters needing attention
Due to the high content of zinc powder, it is recommended to use mechanical stirring to stir component A evenly before adding component B and stirring evenly;
When the substrate temperature is ≥ 30 ℃, but not exceeding 60 ℃, in order to avoid dry spraying, diluent must be added to adjust until no dry spraying occurs;
Before applying the next coat of paint, the zinc salt on the surface must be thoroughly removed, otherwise it will affect the interlayer adhesion of the paint film.

security
Avoid long-term inhalation of solvent vapors or paint mist. Skin and eyes should not come into contact with this product. When working in narrow or non ventilated areas, strong ventilation must be provided, and protective equipment should be worn during construction.
