Made from polyvinyl butyral, rust resistant pigments, solvents, etc., and matched with phosphating solution, it is packaged in double cans of A and B. It is a primer on the surface of non-ferrous or ferrous metals, which can passivate and increase the adhesion between the coating and the metal.
Design purpose
Used as a primer for aluminum alloy, copper, galvanized steel parts, or black metals such as ships, bridges, oil tanks, and instruments, but cannot replace anti rust paint.

surface treatment
The steel surface needs to be shot blasted or sandblasted for rust removal to Sa2 level.
Aluminum or other light metals are brushed with sandpaper or steel wire.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity must be less than 85%.
Rear matching coating: Used in conjunction with various types of anti rust paints such as oily, alkyd, chlorinated rubber, and epoxy.
Packaging specifications: 16 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, and 4 kilograms in a 5 liter container for component B.
Remarks
It cannot be used as an anti rust primer, cannot be exposed to sunlight in the atmosphere, and does not allow the dried paint film to become wet due to moisture;
After mixing the two groups, they exceed the shelf life and although they can flow, the prolonged storage time has an impact on the performance of the paint film.

Avoid long-term inhalation of solvent vapors or paint mist, and do not come into contact with skin or eyes. When working in narrow or poorly ventilated areas, strong ventilation must be provided, and even if the ventilation conditions are good, protective equipment should be worn.
