Product Description
The coating uses epoxy resin as the base material, modified resin is added, and amine adduct is used as the curing agent. The paint film has good physical and mechanical properties, excellent anti-corrosion performance, resistance to humidity and heat, salt spray, good light retention, color retention, and weather resistance.

Used as anti-corrosion topcoat for ships, bridges, and steel structures.

If the previous paint surface has been contaminated, appropriate methods should be used to remove grease and dust, or this paint thinner can be used to scrub.
Construction conditions: Temperature -10 ℃ -35 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%, the surface of the coating should be above the dew point temperature by more than 3 ℃. Construction cannot be carried out under conditions of rain, fog, snow, and large dust.
Front matching paint: C08-70 two-component epoxy zinc rich primer, C08-8 two-component epoxy mica iron intermediate paint
Maintenance period: (23 ± 2) ℃ for more than 7 days
Packaging specifications: 20 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, and 5 kilograms in a 5 liter container for component B.
Note: The coating thickness can be adjusted as needed, but this will correspondingly change the coating rate and affect the drying time.

matters needing attention
If the application time of the previous coating is too long, the subsequent coating should be roughened with water sandpaper to remove surface dust and dirt before painting to ensure interlayer adhesion.
The tools used for construction should be clean and dry, and the paint should not be mixed with water, banana water, alcohol solvents, gasoline, and other impurities. The paint is ready for use and must be used up within 8 hours to avoid waste of bonding.
Before the paint film is completely dried and cured, protective measures should be taken to avoid being washed and trampled by rainwater and other liquids.
Store the coating in a cool, ventilated and dry place, away from heat sources, away from direct sunlight, and isolated from flames.
