Steel with oxide skin: sandblasted or shot blasted to Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5 level;
• Oxygenated skin free steel: sandblasted or shot blasted to Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5 or polished with an elastic grinding wheel to Swedish rust removal standard St3;
Steel with old paint film: sandblasted or shot blasted to Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5 level, or after removing all old paint films, polished with an elastic grinding wheel to Swedish rust removal standard St3 level.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity must be less than 85%.
Packaging specifications: 18 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, 0.72 kilograms in a 1 liter container for component B, and 2.7 kilograms in a 3.4 liter container for component C.
Note: Component B should be immediately sealed after use to prevent failure.
Attention: During construction, it is recommended to pour component C into component A and mix evenly, then add component B and mix evenly.

Avoid long-term inhalation of solvent vapors or paint mist, and do not come into contact with skin or eyes. When working in narrow or poorly ventilated areas, strong ventilation must be provided, and even if the ventilation conditions are good, protective equipment should be worn.
