Product Description
Composed of three components: organic silicone resin, curing agent, and C component, this paint has excellent temperature resistance, temperature resistance, strong adhesion to metals, and still has high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance at 600 ℃. It is a heat-resistant and anti-corrosion coating that is dry at room temperature.

Suitable for high-temperature protective coatings for steel equipment and components that require heat resistance of 600 ℃.

surface treatment
The steel surface has been shot blasted or sandblasted to meet the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5 level, with a roughness of 25-50 μ M.
Construction conditions: Temperature 5 ℃ -35 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%, surface temperature of the coating should be 3 ℃ or above the dew point temperature, and construction cannot be carried out under conditions of rain, fog, snow, and large dust.
Coating matching: 2 coats of primer, with a dry film thickness of 40-50 μ M
2 coats of topcoat with a dry film thickness of 40-50 μ m. Total thickness 80-100 μ M.
Maintenance period: more than 7 days (23 ± 2 ℃)
Packaging specifications: 20 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, 0.8 kilograms in a 1 liter container (plastic bucket) for component B, and 20 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component C.
Note: The coating must be matched with the bottom and surface, and the total thickness cannot exceed the specified thickness. It is not allowed to increase the thickness arbitrarily to avoid adverse effects during high-temperature use.

To ensure the adhesion of the coating, the surface of the coating must be sandblasted
If the application time of the previous coating is too long, the subsequent coating should be roughened with water sandpaper to remove surface dust and dirt before painting to ensure interlayer adhesion.
The tools used for construction should be clean and dry, and the paint should not be mixed with water or other impurities. The paint is ready for use and must be used up within 8 hours.
Before the paint film is completely dried and cured, protective measures should be taken to avoid being washed and trampled by rainwater and other liquids.
Store the coating in a cool, ventilated and dry place, away from heat sources, away from direct sunlight, and isolated from flames.
At high temperatures, the paint film may show significant fading, but it does not affect the protective properties of the entire supporting coating.
