Product Description
Composed of three components: silicone resin, curing agent, and C component, this paint has excellent temperature resistance and resistance. It still has high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance at 700 ℃, and slight color changes are allowed.

surface treatment
The steel surface has been shot blasted or sandblasted to meet the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5 level, with a roughness of 25-50 μ M.
Construction conditions: Temperature 5 ℃ -35 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%, surface temperature of the coating should be 3 ℃ or above the dew point temperature, and construction cannot be carried out under conditions of rain, fog, snow, and large dust.
1 coat of primer and 2 coats of topcoat for the coating, with a total dry film thickness not exceeding 60 μ M.
Maintenance period: more than 7 days (23 ± 2 ℃)
Packaging specifications: 20 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, 0.8 kilograms in a 1 liter container (plastic bucket) for component B, and 20 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component C.
Note: The coating must be matched with the bottom and surface, and the total thickness cannot exceed the specified thickness. It is not allowed to increase the thickness arbitrarily to avoid adverse effects during high-temperature use.
matters needing attention
To ensure the adhesion of the coating, the surface of the coating must be sandblasted
If the application time of the previous coating is too long, the subsequent coating shouldbe roughened with water sandpaper to remove surface dust and dirt before painting to ensure interlayer adhesion.
The tools used for construction should be clean and dry, and the paint should not be mixed with water or other impurities. The paint is ready for use and must be used up within 8 hours.
Before the paint film is completely dried and cured, protective measures should be taken to avoid being washed and trampled by rainwater and other liquids.
Store the coating in a cool, ventilated and dry place, away from heat sources, away from direct sunlight, and isolated from flames.
At high temperatures, the paint film may show significant fading, but it does not affect the protective properties of the entire supporting coating.
