Construction conditions
Before construction, the coating must be thoroughly mixed and evenly mixed, prepared according to the specified quality ratio, and left to stand for 30 minutes before construction.
The construction temperature should preferably be between 10 ℃ and 35 ℃, and construction should not be carried out below 5 ℃, with a relative humidity of ≤ 85%.
Rear supporting coating: C17 high chlorinated polyethylene iron red anti rust paint.
Suggested number of coats: 1 coat, with a dry film of 30-50 μ M.
Packaging specifications: 20 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, and 4 kilograms in a 5 liter container for component B.
matters needing attention
Before use, component A must be thoroughly stirred, and then mixed thoroughly with component B after preparation.
The proportion of curing agent varies depending on the temperature, according to the specified requirements when the product leaves the factory.
The interval between the two coats of paint should not be too long and should not exceed the maximum interval between coats.
