Composed of epoxy modified silicone resin, special temperature and corrosion resistant pigments, additives, curing agents, etc., both the base and top coats are packaged in two components A and B, with the silver top coat packaged in three components A, B, and C. Has excellent heat resistance, resistance to sudden temperature changes, and can withstand high temperatures of around 200 ℃ for a long time; It is resistant to chemical atmosphere, water, acid and alkali, and has excellent oil resistance. Self drying and curing at room temperature, quick drying, and convenient construction.
Design purpose
Suitable for steel equipment surfaces that require heat resistance of around 200 ℃ and have corrosion.

surface treatment
The surface of new steel must be treated with shot blasting or sandblasting to meet the Swedish rust removal standard Sa2.5 level;
The surface of the maintenance project can be manually and mechanically derusted, meeting the Swedish derusting standard St3 level.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity must be less than 85%.
Packaging specifications
Primer: 20 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, and 2 kilograms in a 3.4 liter container for component B;
Topcoat: 20 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, 2.7 kilograms in a 3.4 liter container for component B;
Silver: 18 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, 4 kilograms in a 5 liter container for component B, and 2.7 kilograms in a 3.4 liter container for component C.
security
Avoid long-term inhalation of solvent vapors or paint mist, and do not come into contact with skin or eyes. When working in narrow or poorly ventilated areas, strong ventilation must be provided, and even if the ventilation conditions are good, protective equipment should be worn.
