surface treatment
The surface of the painted floor should meet the construction quality requirements of the ground engineering in JGJ73-91 "Regulations on Construction and Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering".
Remove cement, floating ash, and adhesive materials from the surface.
Remove surface oil, dust, accumulated water, etc., and require a clean and dry surface.
The surface holes and obvious depressions should be filled and leveled first.
Construction conditions: The temperature of the substrate must be 3 ℃ above the dew point, and the relative humidity must be less than 50%.
Packaging specification C081 sealing primer: 15kg for component A and 3kg for component B
C083 intermediate coating: 24 kilograms for component A and 8 kilograms for component B
C084 surface coating: 20 kilograms for component A and 4 kilograms for component B.
matters needing attention
When the temperature is below 10 ℃ and the relative humidity is above 85%, poor solidification is necessary to avoid construction.
The paint is used and prepared as needed, and the prepared paint should be used up within 4 hours.
During the construction and drying process of coatings, it is necessary to strengthen ventilation and ventilation, which is beneficial for the drying and safety of the coatings.
Open flames are strictly prohibited on the construction site, and there should be good ventilation and reliable safety precautions taken.

Newly completed industrial cement flooring must undergo a certain curing period before construction can proceed.
Maintenance is required for approximately three weeks in summer and six weeks in winter.
