surface treatment
The surface of the steel structure has been shot blasted or sandblasted to meet the Swedish rust removal standard of Class 2.5, or has been derusted by hand and power tools to Class St3.
The surface after rust removal should be cleaned of dust or other impurities before painting.
After rust removal, the steel surface should be immediately coated to prevent secondary rusting.
Construction conditions: The temperature is 0 ℃ -35 ℃, the relative humidity is ≤ 85%, and the surface of the coating should be above the dew point temperature by 3 ℃. Construction cannot be carried out under conditions of rain, fog, snow, and large dust.
Maintenance period: (23 ± 2 ℃) over 7 days
Packaging specifications: 20 kilograms in a 20 liter container for component A, and 5 kilograms in a 5 liter container for component B.
matters needing attention
The tools used for construction should be clean and dry, and the paint should not be mixed with water, banana water, alcohol solvents, gasoline, and other impurities. The paint is ready for use and must be used up within 6 hours.
This coating can be sprayed, brushed, roller coated, and other methods, and different construction methods have different requirements for the viscosity of the coating. To adjust the viscosity of the coating, a special diluent should be used to achieve suitable coating.
Before the paint film is completely dried and cured, protective measures should be taken to avoid being washed and trampled by rainwater and other liquids.
Store the coating in a cool, ventilated and dry place, away from heat sources, away from direct sunlight, and isolated from flames.
